Horrible Customer Service

I went there last year for a check up. I received a presciption for a year supply of Yaz. During that year, I moved away from east texas to North Dallas and made another appointment with another doctor near to a year later. All I needed was one more month of Yaz to make it to next appointment (another Doc in Dallas) and they would not grant it to me. I tried to call the nurse several times for about 2 weeks and she finally called me back and denied my request. She said the other doc would have to get me in sooner, but now that I have wasted 2 weeks trying to get in touch with someone at this clinic it was too late. I am married and cannot afford to have kinds but they did not care. No customer service. I do not reccommend this place to anyone!!!
